Kaitlin Kozlowski | Age: 16
Kaitlin Kozlowski, a 16-year-old junior at Cicero-North Syracuse High School, was killed January 30, 2005 when the car driven by her friend Danielle Breman 17, slammed into a utility pole on Bear Road in North Syracuse. Breman was charged with driving while intoxicated and imprudent speed. Her blood-alcohol level was twice the legal limit at .16. They had been at a party earlier in the night. Kaitlin was a member of the basketball, lacrosse and volleyball teams at Cicero-North Syracuse.

Danielle Breman pleaded guilty to second-degree vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated. She was sentenced to five years probation with the first six months served at the Onondaga County Correctional Facility.
